The site, says Digital River, features Arc Second's comprehensive line of mobile design software, PocketCAD. Mobile-ready software can be purchased from the site and fulfilled physically or downloaded for transfer to a PDA. In addition to hosting and managing the site, says Digital River, the company is providing transaction management, customer service, fraud prevention and e-marketing services.
