Jun, 2002 : Springboard Signs Deal With Datacraft Solutions
📅 - North Carolina-based data center and Web hosting company Springboard Managed Hosting (springboardhosting.com) announced on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to provide hosting and managed services to emerging manufacturing process software provider Datacraft Solutions (datacraftsolutions.com).
According to Springboard, Datacraft's Web-based software suite allows small- and mid-tier US-based manufacturing companies to reduce product purchasing and inventory costs, creating a competitive advantage.
"We build affordable and highly customized Web-based solutions that enable our clients to connect internal manufacturing processes to their customers, partners, suppliers and other important relationships," says Matthew Marotta, president of Datacraft Solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement, Springboard will supply Datacraft with fully managed servers, enterprise backup, managed security and comprehensive monitoring and management of Datacraft's expanding customer base.
"Datacraft's software application hits the sweet spot of underserved small and mid-tier manufacturing companies," says Rich Lee, CEO of Springboard. "Today's economic realities are driving the success of solutions providers like Datacraft who can deliver affordable technology solutions that reduce purchasing costs, streamline operational processes and promise a rapid return on investment."
The new agreement with Datacraft, says Springboard, further validates the company's outsourced managed services business model and places the company's client roster at over 130 Internet enabled companies.
