📅 - Development, design, hosting and security firm E Solutions Corporation (ESnet.com -> wowforbusiness.com -> hostinger.com) announced on Wednesday that it has signed agreements to purchase all the assets of the "Aperian" downtown Tampa data center belonging to services, integration and technology development company Fourthstage Technologies Inc. (fourthstage.com).
"E Solutions is acquiring a state of the art facility that will be fully paid for and debt free," says E Solutions president and co-owner Richard Nicholas. "We're excited about offering enhanced managed services and expanded capabilities to our new and existing clients."
E Solutions will officially assume ownership of the multi-million dollar facility on Monday, June 17, retaining all of the operation's existing staff.

"We wanted to be absolutely sure that our loyal customers in Tampa would continue to receive outstanding hosting services without interruption, and that the new owners were technologically savvy and financially solid. According to E Solutions, a recent report by the Gartner Group estimates that corporations choosing an outsourced hosting solution can reduce their costs by between 35 and 55 percent over the life of an application. This reality has made hosting firms providing a full array of managed services essential to lowering corporations? total cost of ownership.
