📅 - Technology and communications content syndicator Bitpipe Inc. (bitpipe.com) announced on Thursday that it has partnered with communication service provider magazine Telecommunciations in a project to launch the Telecom Library (library.telecommagazine.com).
The Telecom Library, says Bitpipe, is a resource designed to deliver instant access to communications industry research. The site offers indexed vendor white papers, case studies, Webcasts, online seminars and product literature. The Library includes research on topics of interest to the service provider market, including bandwidth management, colocation services, application hosting and broadband access. "Working with Telecommunications(TM) Magazine, a leader in the critical service provider market, we are pleased to provide a comprehensive library of communications and technology vendor and analyst content for their active worldwide community of key decision makers," said Jay Habegger, CEO of Bitpipe, Inc.

Word of the cooperation of the executives came as two of the company's other officials, former CFO Scott Sullivan and former director of general accounting Buford Yates Jr., were indicted on charges that they illegally conspired to hide billions of dollars in losses over more than a year. The SEC, however, wants any settlement reached to name company executives. (akamai.com) said on Friday that the Nasdaq stock market has approved the company's request that it be transferred from the Nasdaq National Market to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market. Akamai began trading on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market as of the opening of business on Tuesday, September 3, 2002, and continues to trade under the ticker symbol AKAM. (inflow.com) announced on Tuesday that it has released the second-quarter operating results for its Atlanta data center. "The second quarter for our Atlanta IDC continued to be strong and we see even more opportunities for growth in the market," said Mark Scully, general manager for Inflow's Atlanta IDC. Recurring revenue at the data center for the second quarter 2002 was $975,000, an increase of 51 percent over the same period last year.
