📅 September 5, 2002 - Digital broadcasting solution provider VitalStream (VitalStream.com -> inap.com) announced on Thurdsay that it has released MediaConsole Pro, the next generation of the company's digital broadcasting services.

MediaConsole Pro, says VitalStream, includes a set of new features designed to address the needs of large enterprise streaming customers, and includes support for the Windows Media 9 Series platform.
According to VitalStream, MediaConsole Pro is a digital broadcasting platform that delivers performance increases in stream quality compared to the company's existing MediaConsole and provides real-time reporting for the company's enterprise and media clients.
The Product was developed was developed using Microsoft .NET technologies, including Windows .NET Servers, XML Web services, ASP.NET and SOAP.
The features of MediaConsole Pro include integration with services, improved real-time reporting, enhanced stream security and global scalability.
"By integrating MediaConsole Pro with Windows .NET Servers and the Windows Media 9 Series platform, we are providing a powerful and flexible solution for our large streaming customers," says Paul Summers, VitalStream's chief executive officer.
