📅 September 30, 2002 - Internet infrastructure wholesaler eNucleus (enucleus.com) said on Monday that it has been selected by Internet marketing company Deepblue Digital Inc. to provide network services and hosting solutions to help power Deepblue's business.

According to eNucleus, Deepblue has seen its server infrastructure and bandwidth needs grow by more than 100 percent in 2002, highlighting the need for a long-term partner that could accommodate the company's needs for growth and expansion.

(networkcommerce.com) said on Thursday that the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle has dismissed with prejudice the securities class actions filed against the company and its chairman Dwayne Walker. The litigation, says Network commerce, was a consolidation of multiple class actions dating back as far as May 10, 2001, alleging violations of federal securities laws based on alleged misrepresentations and omissions.
