Oct, 2002 : eBay Deploys Radware Application Switching

📅 October 21, 2002 - Intelligent application switching solution developer Radware (radware.com) said on Friday that the company's products have implemented by online marketplace eBay to provide maximum performance, high availability and reliability for its network and infrastructure.

"Radware has customized product features for the demanding needs of eBay's environment," says Tom Keeven, eBay's vice president of Infrastructure. "One of Radware's key strengths is its ability to develop and refine features to satisfy our time-sensitive deadlines. According to Radware, the application switching solution implemented by eBay offers the company a scalable architecture and advanced health monitoring and fail-over to guarantee uptime, as well as additional traffic redirection options.
