Oct, 2002 : Zeus Develops New Hosting Platform for THUS

📅 October 25, 2002 - Hosting automation and Web infrastructure solution developer Zeus Technology (zeus.com) announced on Thursday that it has won a major hosting platform development project with Demon, the Internet service provider brand of THUS plc.

THUS, says Zeus, is one of the UK's leading providers of voice, data, Internet and contact center services, offering a full range of communication solutions to businesses throughout the UK.
According to Zeus, the new hosting platform will be built around Zeus Mass Hosting Application, and will support THUS's efforts to provide its customers with Internet services ranging from simple home pages to complex, secure e-commerce and database applications. The platform will be flexible and functional, providing stability, fast performance and centralized and delegated administration. It will also be multi-tiered, allowing THUS to offer its services both directly and through resellers.
"The new platform will allow us to continue to offer our customers high functionality combined with great quality of service" says Phil Male, chief operating officer of THUS, "We selected Zeus because they had both market and technical expertise in hosting. As well as working with us to define the product functionality they could then deliver the project as well."
