📅 - Network Associates (networkassociates.com), a provider of network security and availability solutions, today announced that it will host a customer-focused webcast this week to discuss the technologies available to customers that address comprehensive protection from today's Internet threats.
"This week's Slammer worm illustrates the need for companies to take a proactive approach to threat protection, and Network Associates is committed to working directly with our customers to help them resolve Internet and network security issues," said Ryan McGee, director of product marketing for McAfee Security at Network Associates. "Our goal is to ensure that customers are informed and educated about the best ways to combat today's rapidly spreading Internet threats."
The webcast is designed to address the growing need for customers to integrate a comprehensive and proactive threat defense at all points of the network, and will be led by Lee Fisher, McAfee Security solutions architect at Network Associates.
