📅 - E-learning and online-training hosting provider IceWEB Inc. (IceWEB.com) announced this week that it has signed an agreement with Internet training provider WestLake Internet Training (westlake.com), through which IceWEB will host and deliver WestLake's Web development courseware and certification courses.
IceWEB says it will employ its proprietary IceSHOW technology in transforming WestLake classroom courses into interactive online experiences incorporating audio, video and animation. According to IceWEB, the IceSHOW technology features extensive online testing features, allowing students to take courses and receive certification online without needing to travel to a training center or wait for scheduled classes. The online courses will be available in the second quarter of 2003 from WestLake's Web site, as well as through IceWEB's learningstream.com site. "WestLake's classes are renowned for their quality and effectiveness," says John R. Signorello, chairman and CEO of IceWEB. "We are thrilled to enter into this agreement and make their world-class courses available through our learningstream.com portal to audiences all over the world. Interactive, online learning is fast becoming the best possible way to train people quickly and effectively. (IceWEB.com) announced on Wednesday that it has formed an agreement with Mark University Enterprises to host, deliver and support Fred Pryor Seminars, Career Track and Evelyn Wood Reading Dynamics online video training programs.
