Jun 24, 2003 : IceWEB Acquires Interlan Communications

📅 June 24, 2003 - IceWEB, Inc. (iceweb.com), a developer of e-learing solutions, announced today that it has acquired network security specialist Interlan Communications (ineterlancom.com). Under the terms of the transaction, Interlan Communications will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary under the IceWeb, Inc. umbrella of companies.

All Interlan Communications staff will be retained and G. Anthony Munno, will become president of the Interlan Communications technical training and communications division.

With Interlan Communications, our Learningstream.com website will now have access to the certifications it needs to deliver technical learning content over the web," said John R. Signorello, chairman and CEO of IceWEB, Inc. "Having immediate access to Cisco and RSA Securities gives IceWEB an opportunity to penetrate the e-Learning security space.
