📅 - Inflow (inflow.com), a provider of managed Web application hosting, today announced the addition of new customer ChannelAdvisor (channeladvisor.com), a North Carolina based provider of technology and services that enable industry-leading companies to manage and automate the sale of products in online market places such as eBay.
"Inflow came in first or tied for first in all of our critical criteria," said Scot Wingo, chief executive officer and president for ChannelAdvisor. "Scoring highest across all categories made it an easy decision to choose Inflow."
Wingo said that being treated as partners was critical. "This is a relationship business," said Wingo. "At the end of the day, any company can offer SLAs and acceptable performance - it's the people that are important. Inflow treated us like partners instead of merely clients, and that has made the difference."

Inflow's ability to deliver a scalable solution was another key factor. According to Wingo, ChannelAdvisor is tripling in size every year and needed a provider who could quickly scale. It's important that the provider has significant geographic presence, and Inflow has that," he said.
