📅 - Keynote Systems (keynote.com) this week announced two new Web transaction performance benchmark indices: The Keynote Consumer E-commerce Transaction Index and The Keynote e-Banking Transaction Index. According to Keynote, the new benchmarks will help accelerate online sales, drive customer loyalty and confront competitive challenges.
In the same release, Keynote also announced new performance management measures that consist of three different solution sets targeted at marketing, operations application development and testing personnel within enterprise organizations.
