📅 - RightNow Technologies (rightnow.com) announced today the release of Hosting Management System 2.0, a browser-based dashboard that enables users to view hosted applications data similarly to how they would view internally deployed software.
HMS 2.0 gives customers access to a full range of application statistics, including page-turns and page-load times. The new product also allows customers to upgrade according to their own schedule, rather than leaving vendors to decide when to introduce new software versions. ?RightNow HMS 2.0 further enhances the value of hosted applications by making it as easy to monitor and upgrade as in-house applications," said Sean Forbes, vice president of marketing and business development at RightNow. RightNow Technologies is a Bozeman, Montana-based provider of customer service software solutions. It serves a customer base of more than 1,000 customers worldwide including Air New Zealand, British Airways, Cisco and Electronic Arts. Its products are available in 14 different languages.
