📅 June 2, 2003 - Deerfield.com (deerfield.com) announced today the debut of VisNetic MailFlow Version 2.0, a customer-relationship management (CRM) solution that helps small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) better manage their inbound customer e-mail.

The new version includes enhanced features such as ticket lifestyle tracking, new per-agent and global custom dictionaries, and revamped reporting capabilities.
"Version 2.0 of VisNetic MailFlow is the result of extensive usability analysis as well as feedback from our users," said Mike Deerfield, CEO of Deerfield.com. "Our corporate customers will appreciate the improved look-and-feel, as well as the new management tools. Version 2.0 builds significantly on what was already a terrific product, so we expect even greater adoption in the weeks and months ahead."
VisNetic MailFlow Version 2.0 is immediately available from Deerfield.com as well as through the company's network of resellers, distributors and franchise affiliates.
Pricing for the new version ranges from $195 for a three-user license to $3,500 for an unlimited quantity.
