📅 June 25, 2003 - Interland (interland.com ) announced yesterday the launch of ValueGuard, a lifecycle management program for managed dedicated hosting customers. The program includes a free hardware upgrade, access to a team of dedicated ValueGuard consultants, proactive quarterly "Hosting Health Checks," technology assessments, and security updates.

"As a leading provider in the SMB market, Interland understands the importance of proactive lifecycle management for our Managed Dedicated customers," said Joel J. Kocher, chairman and CEO of Interland. "The ValueGuard program redefines value for the hosting industry by proactively providing customers with access to the latest hosting technologies available."
The free hardware upgrade comes after the first 18 months. The upgrade is provided with one month of free service and no set-up fees.
"Interland addresses a gap in dedicated hosting solutions that other Web hosting providers are still overlooking,? said John Lally, director of product management for Interland. "With ValueGuard, Interland's customers won't have to rely on antiquated servers that may no longer meet their rigorous and changing e-business needs.
