Interland, Neogent Partner for Customer Management, Billing

📅 August 29, 2003 - Neogent Inc. (neogent.com), a provider of IT services and integration solutions, said yesterday it was working to implement a new customer management and convergent billing solution for Interland (interland.com ).

According to the company, the new systems will improve Interland's ability to service its client base through the automation of financial business processes that support product sales.
"Customer service is critical to maintaining our competitive advantage in the industry and is a major company focus for Interland," said Bill Jones, CIO and vice president of operations at Interland. "Neogent's strong track record in enterprise application implementations made them an ideal partner to help us improve our customer service and billing solutions. We are working together to deploy a solution that will help us dramatically shorten the response time needed to fulfill customer requests, improve productivity and increase efficiencies."
Deployment of the new system, which integrates which with Interland's existing Microsoft ASP and .NET framework, will be completed in early 2004. According to Neogent, the new solution is the first of several expanded business and customer service offerings to be introduced by Interland.
