📅 - LivePerson, Inc. (liveperson.com) announced this week the availability of LivePerson Service Edition Platinum Series, a fully integrated chat, e-mail and knowledge base online customer service and communication solution.

LivePerson Platinum integrates its flagship live chat application with a secure e-mail response management system and a knowledge base and FAQ application.
