Both Ozhosting.com and GlobalHost Pty Ltd. are Web hosting companies based in Australia. The Australian GlobalHost is not associated with the American company of the same name (globalhost.com).
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"This is a great deal for us because of the operating efficiencies that Destra has in place today," Domenic Carosa, CEO of Destra, told ZDNet Australia. "GlobalHost's revenue should virtually translate into bottom line profit for Destra. Integration should be straightforward, and we expect this process to be completed in six to eight weeks."
