📅 - VitalStream, Inc. (vitalstream.com -> inap.com), a provider of media streaming, Web hosting and managed servers based in Irvine, California, introduced today a reseller program targeted at businesses serving clients with high-volume streaming media needs.
The program, according to VitalStream, allows reseller to purchase bulk amounts of bandwidth, disk space and its MediaConsole streaming media control panel at discounted rates. The reseller can then divide and resell those services to their own clients.
"VitalStream's bulk reseller program enables any business to compete with the big streaming companies on equal footing," said Paul Summers, chief executive officer of VitalStream. "Essentially, this program enables our resellers to become their own streaming media service provider with the capacity to serve any size organization."
The reseller program, VitalStream said, also offers private label customization capabilities and a free monthly listing on Singingfish, an index of streaming media content, for every month of service. Customers will also have the option of upgrading to larger plans.
