I was customer there since 1999 to 2021. The service was top noch with Simon Thibodeau as owner. in 2016 Netelligent takeover with a purchase and the relationship with customer came to a very bad point. They rush to get rid of you in the shortest time available. DO NOT get personal or they will tell you isn't related with their services. They even tried to push lies on me even I had proof of the contrary and I had to push hard in order to have them realise their system was in fact in fault. Then what get me out of there is when I receive an email to have a better attitude with them or they would stop taking my message and reply to my problems... WTF??? is it the way to do business theses days there??? Sorry but I can't accept a business like that. The customer is the most important thing for every business... Respect the customer or go broke !

😁 Hosted by Citeglobe since 2004. I never had problems with them. They have concurrential prices and good tools to keep control of my Web sites and mails. Support is OK but it could be difficult to join outside business hours (Eastern Time).

😠 The most unprofessional service I have witnessed in my entire life. These people are a real joke. No wonder they're losing business every day. The president of that company, Simon Thibodeau, is the most pretentious and disrespectful individual I have come across in my life.
Since I have moved to Creationik, I have started to enjoy the type of service every customer expects : courteous, polite, friendly, helpful and sincere. Obviously, the Thibodeau kid has never come across these words in his miserable life.
Since I have cancelled all my business with him and his Citémarde company he has refused to release my domain names which he holds to illegally like a thief since two years now.
I urge anyone who is looking for web hosting services to stay from Simon Thibodeau and Citeglobe. Otherwise, prepare for a long nightmare. Amen.

😠 Their hosting services are awful. After more than 5 years as a client, they sent me an invoice dated two years back and then canceled my account within 3 days.
Support is horrible, they take forever to answer emails (no chat, nothing live)
Stay as far away from this as possible, for your own good.
