😠 Support is very slow. More than a month to check the account. What if a problem occurs? Won't advise it anybody.

Too much slow response in support . Their Dedicated panel Never works properly . Hardware old . all time create problem with their network . whole network goes down 5time.

😁 Sinds ik (automatisch na een overname) ben overgegaan naar Netrouting, is er een wereld voor me open gegaan.
De service is echt super. ALTIJD snelle reactie op tickets. En dan bedoel ik niet "pas" na een uur wachten. Meestal binnen enkele minuten. En dat op de meest vreemde tijdstippen!
