I know there is no THE Best web hosting company ever in the world. But I dare say that Webhostgiant is the best one. Or at least one of the best. All what is needed form web hosting company they give you and provide that in time with no delays. I’m happy to use them and I recommend everyone who is thinking about web hosting chose Webhostgiat.

What I have to admit that the speed is constant and high around the world, support seems to be working around the clock as I asked it several times from different time zones.

Uptime: I have never seen my web site down. So I assume that is at ~100% (5/5)
Support: I have used their support several times. Very helpful and one person, Arkady, was really helpful beyond what I would expect. It took 5-10 mins for him to solve my problem with a software install.(5/5)
Customer care: I receive emails from them with notifications and they do inform me if any update was issued on my server. (5/5)
Price: That is simply the best part. (6/5) ;)

😃 WHG's hosting plans are among the cheapest. I have experienced over 99% uptime with them. In fact there was only one occasion where there was a power outage for several hours but they refunded me with no questions asked.
Do take note, however, that promises of unlimited bandwidth and/or webspace are not applicable for ALL websites. Do read their terms & conditions carefully!
Customer support is usually fast though not necessarily friendly. They do, however, try their best to solve your problems.
My only complaint is that they had revealed my name, address, contact number and e-mail address on WHOIS even though I had selected their 'free ID protection' option when I transferred my domain to them.

I have sent them several questions at different times of the day and the slowest response was in 45 minutes. Even if something was wrong on my end they fixed it as they did one of my scripts. 😠 WebHostGiant is very sneaky. They claim to have Unlimited Web Space and Unlimited Transfers, but they'll suspend your site or blog if is has too much traffic. They'll claim it's a forum/community even if you just have a regular blog and charge you more to keep your site going. Just awful!
