WHG's hosting plans are among the cheapest. I have experienced over 99% uptime with them. In fact there was only one occasion where there was a power outage for several hours but they refunded me with no questions asked.
Do take note, however, that promises of unlimited bandwidth and/or webspace are not applicable for ALL websites. Do read their terms & conditions carefully!
Customer support is usually fast though not necessarily friendly. They do, however, try their best to solve your problems.
My only complaint is that they had revealed my name, address, contact number and e-mail address on WHOIS even though I had selected their 'free ID protection' option when I transferred my domain to them.
The support staff that handled my case was rather arrogant. He took more than half a day to change the WHOIS records and even 'reminded' me that I would not be getting any refund (if I requested to have my domain transferred back to my previous registrar) even though I didn't ask for a refund.
