I have used Ultra Web Hosting for at least 10 years to host multiple websites including makaichocolate.com, deepdirtcacao.com. easthawaiicacao.org, and farmtours-hawaii.com. The service has been reliable, and I have considered it to be an excellent value. I have recommended it many times to friends and business associates. On the few occassions that I have needed technical support the response has always been prompt and complete.
While the service may not be appropriate for those who need a lot of handholding, for people who are willing to learn the basics about website design and operations it is a great choice. I have used Ultra Web Hosting for at least 10 years to host multiple websites including makaichocolate.com, deepdirtcacao.com. easthawaiicacao.org, and farmtours-hawaii.com. The service has been reliable, and I have considered it to be an excellent value. I have recommended it many times to friends and business associates. On the few occassions that I have needed technical support the response has always been prompt and complete.
While the service may not be appropriate for those who need a lot of handholding, for people who are willing to learn the basics about website design and operations it is a great choice. 😁 I'm a refugee from Yahoo hosting. I had been with them for years, but they just kept getting worse over time after they were bought out by another firm. At one point their server software was broken for several months, during which time I couldn't upgrade my WordPress software or add any new plugins. I came over to Ultra Web Hosting after doing a search and talking to the owners, who assured me their service would be more reliable, faster and cheaper. They were right.

Ultra Webhosting costs are fair and WOW, the support is fantastic. They transfer most of the websites to their service for free and I really liked that! After using their service I would definitely say that their server is really well optimised because my website is now super fast!!!
Their customer support is really fantastic. The problems I have with Ultra Webhosting are my own, I don't understand everything and mistakes occur so I call on Ultra Webhosting support and in minutes they fix the problem. You can't go wrong with Ultra Webhosting.

😞 Very poor web hosting, low cost is great, as long as you have no traffic, customer service is only by email, staff are nice but not very technical, they do not even forward a copy of your request/ticket when they reply, just a ref number. I don't recommend paying them more than 10$ a month for your site. The sooner you migrate away from them, the better for your business. At some point, I did upgrade to a 99$ a month service, but in setting it up there was 2 or 3 weeks downtime. I kept their 99$ a month service for 6 months, but really test benching their hosting quality after last few months. I realized they had not implemented it right and websites response time were ugly, like 5-10 seconds, often. They also implement your mail and DNS servers into the unique virtual machine they allocate for you, that means you do not get your website admin emails when your website is down. 😁 I have hosted many sites with different host providers, but Ultra Webhosting is quite a different experience. All their services are guided by honesty and excellency. Right now, am using their "Ultra Unlimited Pro" plan due to the quality of their services. Since I started hosting with them, I no longer experience low speed, web breakage and poor accessibility to my sites. What I like the most is the price of their hosting: so cheap when compared to the quality of their services. 😠 I got a 6-month plan with them. After 6 months with no warning, they renewed my subscription. I only found out going through my monthly expenses. When I contacted them to terminate my account they said: "no problem". They terminated my account without a refund. So I paid for an extra 6 months and I do not even have access to the service that I paid for. I then tried to contact customer service, no one is cooperating. Ultra Web Hosting is a DISHONEST Business. Avoid doing business with them, especially if you are looking for a long-term solution.

I suspect it is from a competitor unfortunately as wee have only had one client with the name Remy who happens to be local to us. If an order is canceled within 45 days we are happy to provide a refund. We have several wonderfully satisfied customers who refer their family and friends to us. They offer very cheap price, but very cheap service. They dont have phone support, not even online 24/7 help in case you need help on your site.They are close most of the day (and so is your site! haha! it’s always down!!). I guess, only one person runs this site. I email them so many times because my site is always down and inaccessible and all they do is nothing, pretending they didn’t received a message from me (maybe because I’m paid anyway). If you are running an online store, forget about ULTRAWEBHOSTING.COM (ULTRAWEBSITEHOSTING.com) by fluxservices. My customers are always complaining why they can’t access my store. 🗨 It appears maybe you have us confused with ultrahosting? We are available 24/7 via live support or our support ticket system with several agents working around the clock including holidays. No additional fees are ever charged unless you are asking for custom consulting to administrate your website or developing/optimizing your code which is the responsibility of the webmaster. I would say, if you have customers you would be using our reseller plan which it then would be your responsibility to support your clients, not ours as we do not allow sub-leasing of shared web hosting plans.

Recently, one of my sites got hacked and I hadn't backed it for a few weeks. They replaced the corrupted files from their backup and fixed my site for me and didn't charge a penny.
I should also say that control panel is modern and there are all the extras that you need. They always update all their programs to the newest version, like Cpanel, fantastico, MySQL, Apache etc. the website is always online and running fast. They run their own servers and UltraSpeed seems to make my sites load a little bit faster.
In conclusion, I would recommend Ultrawebsitehosting.com to any webmaster who needs to develop his/her online business without serious troubles.

😁 I started out with their basic plan and upgraded to the Fluxultra10x after I moved another site to them from a different host. I cannot say enough good things about this host. I am NOT an expert user, and the tech support has been very helpful and fast any time there was an issue. There was the time my guestbook got hacked, and within an hour of my submitting a ticket, a newer, more secure guestbook was not only installed for me, they even moved all the entries!
