WORST HOSTING I HAVE EVER USED!!! STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!
They offer very cheap price, but very cheap service. They dont have phone support, not even online 24/7 help in case you need help on your site.They are close most of the day (and so is your site! haha! it’s always down!!). I guess, only one person runs this site. I email them so many times because my site is always down and inaccessible and all they do is nothing, pretending they didn’t received a message from me (maybe because I’m paid anyway). If you are running an online store, forget about ULTRAWEBHOSTING.COM (ULTRAWEBSITEHOSTING.com) by fluxservices. My customers are always complaining why they can’t access my store. But I am so helpless for solution since they don’t offer 24 hour support, sometimes no support at all. Now, I can’t even open my cpanel. I cannot even access it and the only option they gave me is to report them my IP so they can give me an access everytime I want to use it. But hell, IP changes everyday, so that means I need to report to them each time I want to use it. For a person with basic knowledge in maintaining a website, this is so hassle. They are so difficult to contact. Their support is so poor, and if you ask help they will ask for additional fee which is free to other host providers. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this crap host provider. Save your money. Don’t open an account! There are thousands of good providers to choose. They are the worst I tried. they are incompetent and lacks basic knowledge to solve technical problems.
It appears maybe you have us confused with ultrahosting? We are available 24/7 via live support or our support ticket system with several agents working around the clock including holidays. No additional fees are ever charged unless you are asking for custom consulting to administrate your website or developing/optimizing your code which is the responsibility of the webmaster. I would say, if you have customers you would be using our reseller plan which it then would be your responsibility to support your clients, not ours as we do not allow sub-leasing of shared web hosting plans.
