😁 I moved my game server from another VPS host to TrentaHost as they advertised the best ddos protection and the prices were relatively cheap. I was skeptical at first but now have been with them for a few months, the up time is great and the support is very helpful. The only thing I wish is if they had a europe vps loication.

😁 We have used TrentaHost now for a few years, we started off on their webhosting when we first opened the company and now we utilize them for our full ordering and billing infrastructure. They simple manage our full billing and ordering process server and allow us to simply run the management panel. The updates, hardware and uptime is superb and we have been extremely happy. As a local canadian business, this has helped us to provide excellent support to our customers.

😠 Trentahost.com is fraudulent and unreliable
Guys i will like to share the horrible experience i had with trentahost. i started using trentahost towards the end of last year (2017). i began with their shared hosting plan which i used for a few months till my account was suspended and was then coerced to upgrade to a higher plan, at the end i was sweet talked into buying their OVZ-1024 around february 2018. By the way, the domain i used with them was "Naijadailyfeed" they will surely remember the evil they did when they see this post.
Based on my budget i settled for using vesta free cp for the vps plan i purchased. everything was setup, site was running smooth until April, 2months later when i got this error when i visited my site "error establishing a database connection". you all need to know that while i was being coerced to buy the ovz1024 plan, i wasn't informed that i wont be getting customer support service for any technical issues.
I then sent a mail to their support team, i waited for about 2 hours, i got no [read more...]

😠 I definitely would not recommend Trentahost. I would stay away and find other hosting company providers.
4:04PM - I placed my order with them expecting instant deployment as that is what is advertised on their site.
4:48PM - I have informed them in a kind manner that I am no longer interested in my order and have found another hosting provider that had similar if not better price and product.
9:23PM - Deployment finally happens and they then say that because it was deployed and activated, I am no longer eligible for a refund. I clearly have informed them before deployment that I would like a refund but they then proceed to deploy and activate anyways. This is both unreasonable and unprofessional of trentahost.
In my second ticket to trentahost, I state that they have a 24 hour money back guarantee policy. They simply state that due to deployment of the server, "as per their norms, no refunds."
So in summary, I inform the company less than an hour after purchase, [read more...]

😠 I have Started using TrentaHost from 2013 and it seemed that the service was good Until i got blocked as i was detected as Fraud i wasn't able to run any of my VPS's and i couldn't order any new VPS's ....
I spoke with TrentaHost for Two Days after i was trying to convince them that i'm not a fraud for hours !!! (Using chat support and Tickets ... ) even though that i was an old customer !!!!!!!
the simple answer was That they couldn't Help me and i should look for another Provider !!!!!! and on the chat support they kept kicking me out !!
