😠 Terrible. We left this platform about 2.5 years ago for hosting our website, but they still managed our email until 14 months ago. They were okay (3 stars) when they were Adhost. Tierpoint sucks. Horrible customer service. Our final move was prompted by an email outage that lasted over a week, with no sense of urgency from Tierpoint. We were told that we should take our business elsewhere (so, we did) because they weren't interested in being an email provider. They were happy to take our money when things were working, but kicked us to the curb when it became necessary to actually earn that money. Hire them at your peril.

This company is full of incompetence. No support. Their chat system is a bot when it's working, and more recently has not been available at all. Emails go unanswered. I can never get a hold of my rep. Calling the main number is no help either. It doesnt matter if their systems work at all if you can't get support when you need it

😠 Scam, I was a client for over 15 years. I never had any problems until I tried to leave. I have been trying to get my account closed for two months. They keep sending me emails saying they are going to get it done, but I still get bills. I have asked for someone to call me multiple times, or give me a number to call and they will not. They sales rep on their site chat tells me I have to just keep sending emails. Terrible customer service. Lying in emails, ignoring client wishes, will not own up to their mistakes.
