😠 Worst date center for you to choose. It is ridiculous data center. I lost my server with 3 day overdue even after I paid their penalty fee. I can not image a data center would do such things. Never put your important data there.

😠 Horrible service. I ran into 4 different bugs trying to even ORDER a server. Then when I tried to call the number listed it just looped over and over again, "you'll speak with someone soon", then it dials, then it gets stuck in its loop again.
These people are clearly incompetent. AVOID!

I am using Wholesaleinternet for streaming Shoutcast radio for over six years.
Their support is excellent. I never had to wait for than 15 mintues.
Only once had a issue with a back hard drive failing and they changed it with in the same day.
Very cooperative staff.

😠 What would you feel if you sign up for dedicated server and billing is failing again and again and every time it fails you are charged disconnection fee. Meaning Wholesaleinternet billing system from 90s is failing and each of that time you pay disconnection fee. Add to this long downtimes. One of them was over 2 days. And finish it with worst customer support where they close tickets without any reply. That's what you get when you buy cheap unmanaged server from WholeSaleInternet. Our server has just been cancelled.

😠 When there is DDOS attack, they'll keep server offline for 24 hours until DDOS subsides. If doesn't, they'll keep offline another 24 hours. This went on for 4 days. We gave up, went to Amazon EC2 and never looked back.

So I had multiple issues since day 1. Support wasn’t very helpful at all. It came time on the 2nd month to renew and I renewed but changed my mind to “upgrade”. In their process that would be to cancel the one server and pay for a different one that met my needs.
They have a phone number on their site that is disconnected and when requesting to speak to someone on the phone to give a better understanding what I wanted to do; I was told there was no longer any phones.
Becca and Jon both claim to be in management and should be fired for their incompetency and lack of customer service.
Instead of apologizing and trying to understand what I was trying to achieve, they were simply just not helpful.
I would never reutilize their service nor recommend anyone for their services!!

When ordering a server, they inform you IMMEDIATELY that the server is UNMANAGED, meaning the customer is responsible for ALL software issues.
With that all said and done, the support has been by far the best I, as a hosting provider, would expect from a datacenter. I have had issues in the past, and the gang from Wholesale Internet jumped right in and helped me wherever they could. They are willing to give me tips and hints about how to proceed with the software on my server as well as fixing any hardware issues that arise. I have been hosting with them since 2014 and have never been happier. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs hosting.

-> we purchased another server (server 2) just a month back
-> we received one abuse complaint ticket on server2 and we have asked the support team to suspend the server as we dint get any response from our customer.
-> we dint pay for the server2 as we have asked them to suspend and we dint need it any more.
-> suddenly yesterday we were not able to access the server (server 1) where we had 3 years of data collected.
-> when we asked their support, they coolly responded saying that both the servers were erased with out any intimation.
-> we dint receive any mail before termination.
This a two man company with no real support or any concern for your data. Stay away from them.
