😠 Günstig aber nicht zu gebrauchen!
In der Praxis hat das Mailhosting von SuSpace eine Uptime von 98% was sich im ersten Moment gut anhört jedoch bedeutet es das der Mailserver 7 Tage im Jahr nicht erreichbar ist, wodurch keine E-Mails in diesen Zeitraum empfangen oder gesendet werden können. Für unser Unternehmen hat das bedeutet jedes Jahr ca. einmal Mahn Spesen zu bezahlen dar die Rechnungen nicht angekommen sind. Die Administrationsoberfläche ist Plesk und somit sehr gut, jedoch gefühlt(nicht überprüft) nur zu 50% der Zeit erreichbar. Wodurch keine Passwörter von E-Mail Adressen geändert oder hinzugefügt werden können. Zusätzlich sind sie per Telefon nicht erreichbar.
