😠 STAY AWAY FROM CHEATERS AND SCAMMERS
One of theworst hosting provider, I never experience such worst service provider, they dont know and repeat the same things again and again.They dont have idea of technical know how and how to tackle if any issue occurs. I had to upload a wordpress backup file and it took a week or more and yet not able to upload there. they are simply dumb people who utters the same thing on every complain and sometime then delete the entire record of communication. Best to avoid them

😠 The worst ever hosting I worked with , extremely slow hosting , its ssl is not recognized by top browsers and giving security warnings , I am unable to open its pleask control panel on any browser except Firefox by adding security exception. The website front and back end is extremely slow along with its control panel . I advice no one should purchase this hosting I am going to transfer mine too. I am paying them from last 4 years they are just selling not focusing on their servers.

😠 in the past 3 years they managed to destroy my db twice. The first time i was able to get it back up running after they did one of their magic updates. The second time, my db is GONE. Completely gone.
Their FTP is terrible now, in the past 5 months it has become slow, keeps timing me out, it gets me disconnected after uploading less than 30 files. Horrible and very stressful.
Websites hosted by them are offline regulary.

One of the website i had to work on the ftp and control panel user and pass were old, they never ever send me an email with the new information until i requested support. Even the information provided for the website in their hosting account was old.
Support contacted me within 24 hours.
The price i would say is average, but this problem with the ftp being so slow and unreliable it has decreased my rating.

😠 I am a website designer and have many accounts with serversea. I have been a customer with them for many years. They used to be a good company, but the last year they have become terrible. They often have problems. Often my websites have become corrupt suddenly. It takes me weeks to correct the mess. They constantly claim no responsibility. They do not answer questions or support complaints properly.
There customer service is terrible. The have no contact information. No phone number, no email address. Live chat is never manned. The ticket system for complaints is answered with generic responses. Often I must repeat the same question again and again before I get a response even remotely related to my complaint. And again, it seems to be copied from a book and not directly helpful.

😠 I've been hosting with them for over 4 years now. Started off really well, no troubles as such for the first two years. But after that, and specially the last 12 months have been a menace. Their servers are prone to crashing all too often, even twice in three days. This effectively means your website remains unavailable from a minimum of six to around 48 hours (and that too AFTER you notify them that this has happened). Their so-called backups are never there. Or even if they are, they are so outdated that it really doesn't help. Once my website crashed, and they restored the site through backup. But that backup was five weeks old! And they had no answer to why they were unable to use the latest backup (I had an auto backup on weekly). They told me that since that was also on the same server, those backups are also no longer there. I have lost count on how many times their server has gone down, today it has been down more than 30 hours and is still down right now, i have lost all important emails. So if you have a site you dont care about emails our up time then its ok, but if you want uptime stay away.

😠 During the last two monts, I couldn't get 48hs of contiued service. 4 or 5 out of the 7 days of the week I have no email. The 24/7 support, just a lie: probably you can fin the for 2 or 3 hours a day. And is not only that they are not available by chat, every issue with the service took at least 12hs (and some up to 48hs during weekends) to be solved.
BUT, they keep sending a malformed email (I get the html code with no sender on my mailbox) say that I must pay in advance the service renew so I don't have problemes with a locked account or anything like that.

😠 " ServerSea is a very difficult company to deal with. I signed up for the Linux silver plan and from day one half of the services in the members area were not available and I was told to submit trouble ticket. After about five days of no response I decided to cancel my service and transfer my domain. About 5 days later (after chatting with the support team multiple times a day) I received some of my money back (I paid $35.88 and got back only $24.30) this people do not know how to do simple math. Now, sever days later, I still do not have access to my domain, it is locked and not available for transfer.
Stay away from ServeSea, they seem to know how to create problems and cost you money, lost of time and business.

1. Very BAD customer service, members area is under construction for months
2. Support personnels are rude
3. The server went DOWN more than 3 times in a year, each time is more than 2 days.
4. They DO NOT create back up for you.
5. Live chat is not 24 x 7, it's only 8 x 5.
Your money is not worth at all.

😠 I purchased the Silver Plan. I was not able to upload anything and asked to have questions answered and that took days to happen. What really upsets me is that I asked for my account to be closed because they have a guantee if you are not happy. Since I asked to close the account it has been over a week AND STILL NO REPLY.
Also, there is no phone support, no livechat and the 15 min. response time that is promised has not been met but once.
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS WEB HOST.
