Comments: Hello, my domain www.leonelcorona.com is not working since a month ago or something, i would like to know why, this is the second time you do this, i know my monthly traffic is over the GB I'm paying, but I cannot control people to go to the website, in this case you should bring down my host after my bandwith is over what I'm paying, but after the month ends you should bring it up again!, please help me with this problem, or, give me my money back

You were countinously overusing the server resources in shape or monthly transfer. If you can not stop people to visiting your web then you must upgrade your plab according to your web requirement. You can not get any refunds. The history of your monthly transfer usage is as below:

Don't you see your last month (Feb) usage of monthly traffic? It’s more then 15 GB and we offering 10 GB maximum in gold hosting plan. We don't want to do this with our valued customers, but as you see continuous over usage of monthly traffic, it’s not bearable. Please upgrade hosting account from Silver to Platinum 1 GB hosting plan.
You need to pay the difference amount for upgrade. This is 40.12 USD.
Send 40.12 USD at our PAYPAL account paypal@serversea.com , once billing verifiers your payment our support team will upgrade and enable your hosting services. You need to pay for activation of your account it didn't meant that we don't want to provide you hosting services.

Thank you for your reply, but I don't get the point of stoping the service all year long even when i paid for it, just because you dont want my traffic to reach the monthly traffic I'm paying, as i said before, I'm ok if you stop my services when i reach the limit, but just for the month we are on.. not the whole year, I'm really sad about your service, you are just taking the easy way.. just telling me to upgrade... I'll review the contract and see what I can do.

I feel sorry to say, this account can not be opened until you upgrade it. Your history shows that you do not fit in current plan. We are not here to open/shut the account every month.
Another solution is, if you ensure us that you will not exceed your limits we will resume it right away and incase you will exceed again we will permanently suspend the account until you will upgrade it.
We suggest you to remove all heavy files, downloads, songs, softwares, zip....etc if any from you’re hosting to reduce your monthly traffic. And if you believe you can not stop visitors to visit your web then you should pay for what your visitors are expecting.

Seon, Please just send me a backup of my files, the http folder where my pages are, please give me my domain www.leonelcorona.com so i can use another hosting, thank you (maybe you can upload a zip file with all my files to a temp ftp so i can download it)
