😠 This company is a joke. Subscribe to this company's service, and you will be a joker. I have lost tons of money because Rocksoft technical support has the lowest competency I have ever seen. Imagine having a production server that has been down for nine months, with the promise that the server will be fixed. Thus, it is dragging me into paying the service month after month to no avail.

😠 Extreme disappointment. They employ intermittent responses (WhatsApp/email) and intend to keep dragging you on paying your monthly subscription with little to no intention of solving your problem. This is a big-time scammer. Use their service, and be prepared to lose sleep and your peace of mind.

😠 Rocksoft sucks big time. Down all the time poor excuses and support. DO NOT USE THEM! Even small simple file cannot be send out. Horrendous spam mail with viruses. All excuses point to you your fault instead of solving it. Something is really wrong with them.
