Frustrating Experience with Rocksoft.net
I recently had an unfortunate experience withRocksoft.net that left me quite disappointed. The technical issues I encountered with WordPress integration were persistent, and it seemed like there was a lack of attention to addressing them promptly. This resulted in unnecessary delays and disruptions to my website.
What troubled me even more was the delayed support system. Whenever I sought assistance, the response time was far from satisfactory. It felt as if my concerns were not being given the priority they deserved. This level of customer service left me feeling disrespected and frustrated.
As a user who relies on a seamless online presence, I believe that Rocksoft.net should prioritize the reliability of their services and provide efficient support to their customers. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations.
