😠 Be careful guys , they did hist this site , but Lawrence Michaels the director , stole the site from the client , all his computers and lied to police to cause issues . Now he is being investigated .
🗨 FAKE REVIEW
This client didn't pay for their hosting and their site was turned off after 6+months of non-payment. They also didn't pay their domain registrar (independent of us) and several years later magically expected to still have a working website. Their domain is not currently registered and available to anyone. They now demand money to stop posting various fake reviews under multiple different names. This person's real name is all over the Internet in connection with fake review extortion money scams with court documents showing them being found guilty of the same scam over many years.

I have known this company for a while. and when the time came to get hosting they were my one and only choice. I could have gone to another cheap and nasty hosting provider who would have given me a virtual server on a shared line with "Burstable speeds up to 100mbps" and they would have given me something that would go down from time to time and just given me a server and a password and a pat on the head and thats it... instead these guys truly deliver. If they say you get 100mbps dedicated link. That is what you get. They can make nearly anything possible and put you nearly anywhere in the world.
The longest I have had to wait for a support query to be handled is 5 minutes. I submitted a critical ticket and it was responded to immediately. < 1 min find me someone with that kind of customer service.
I have multiple servers with these guys now.
From Germany to Sydney to Melbourne. The big difference is they are not a reseller. They own the hardware that you use.

😁 RackCorp has great service. Been with these guys for years, and never had any reason to look elsewhere. Always helpful and always available when I need support. And, it's so easy to use. I remember a while ago I had no idea how to even add an email - now it's really easy to manage everything I need to use through their admin.
I recommend these guys to anyone who wants to deal with technical people who can talk in plain English without confusing us with technical jargon. Thumbs up RackCorp!

😁 Moved my website from www.servage.com several months ago due to poor uptime and extremely poor service (3 days to answer a standard technical support email)... Now my website is hosted with www.rackcorp.com and has been up and running flawlessly for over 4 months straight with 100% uptime.
I'm on a $33 per month plan which includes all the general requirements for my website, and although it's not as cheap as some other providers (such as www.servage.com), you really do get what you pay for - for example, I submitted a support ticket through their admin system, and was answered and supported within 10 minutes.
Overall, a very good, stable, and communicative web hosting provider. Highly recommended.
