😉 Not bad features and capabilities. Contractual, pricing and customer service issues outside of their predetermined processes are dropped almost instantly by staff. They consistently quote policy and company process with no escalation process for issues that don't fit in their system. This means that issues that haven't already been thought up in advance by Carparthia are not responded to, and of course, not resolved. With this in mind, they have terrible customer service with a policy of, ignoring or avoiding the customer when things are too difficult or a decision has to be made.
