QNAX is a Brazilian infrastructure provider founded in 2005, with a strong focus on cloud computing, virtual servers, bare-metal hardware and colocation rather than conventional low-cost shared hosting. The company operates legally as QNAX Serviços e Infraestrutura de Data Center LTDA under CNPJ 07.685.776/0001-31 and serves more than 10,000 customers in Brazil and international markets. Fabio Flavio de Andrade and Natalia Caroline Santos Moreira de Andrade are listed as company administrators.
The service portfolio covers VPS, Linux Cloud Servers, Windows Cloud Servers, Cloud Trader desktops, Dedicated Servers, Colocation and custom infrastructure projects. Standard shared hosting, domain registration and basic email hosting are not part of the main lineup, so QNAX is better suited to developers, companies, financial traders, SaaS platforms and customers who need direct control over their operating system and network environment.
The VPS range uses KVM virtualization, dedicated RAM, NVMe storage, IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, anti-DDoS protection and network ports reaching 1 Gbps. Provisioning is automated, while supported Linux distributions include Ubuntu LTS, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux and CentOS Stream. These servers are suitable for websites, APIs, development environments, VPN gateways, databases and smaller production applications.
Linux Cloud Servers operate on a VMware high-availability platform with dedicated virtual CPU resources, NVMe storage, weekly backups and connectivity ranging from 1 to 10 Gbps. Resources can be expanded vertically when a project requires additional processor capacity, memory or storage.
The Windows Cloud range includes licensed Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025 installations. Customers receive RDP access, while VMware vSphere provides virtualization and high-availability functions. These packages fit corporate Windows applications, ERP platforms, databases and software that depends on Microsoft technologies.
Cloud Trader is designed for financial-market applications such as Profit, MetaTrader, Nelogica software and automated trading robots. These virtual desktops use Windows Server, fixed dedicated IP addresses and low-latency connectivity to the Brazilian B3 exchange, normally around 1 to 3 milliseconds. Trading applications can remain active continuously without depending on a home computer or residential internet connection.
The Dedicated Server catalog covers several hardware generations. Entry-level configurations use Intel Xeon E5 processors, while more powerful systems employ Xeon Gold or AMD EPYC processors with DDR4 memory, Gen4 NVMe storage and configurations reaching 128 processor cores and 1 TB of RAM. Root access, IPMI or iDRAC remote management and private network options are available. Network ports range from 1 Gbps to 25 Gbps as standard, with 50 Gbps and 100 Gbps options for larger projects.
Colocation is available for individual servers, partial cabinets, complete racks and customized deployments. The service includes redundant power, redundant cooling, BGP connectivity, multiple carriers, remote technical assistance and bandwidth options ranging from 1 Gbps to several hundred gigabits per second.
The website supports Portuguese, English and Spanish through Brazilian and international versions. Prices are mainly displayed in Brazilian reais, making local budgeting easier, while Brazilian customers receive an electronic service invoice.
💰 Price & Cost
QNAX offers accessible entry-level virtual servers alongside considerably more powerful enterprise configurations. VPS packages begin at approximately R$39.90 per month for 1 vCPU, 2 GB of RAM and 25 GB of NVMe storage. Larger VPS configurations extend to 64 vCPUs, 128 GB of RAM and 400 GB of storage.
Linux Cloud plans begin near R$119.95 per month, while Windows Cloud starts at approximately R$149.95 per month, including the Windows Server license. Cloud Trader configurations begin around R$189 per month.
Dedicated servers start at approximately R$1,190 per month for older Xeon E5 hardware. Newer Xeon Gold systems begin near R$3,490, while custom AMD EPYC servers start around R$4,490. Colocation pricing is prepared individually according to cabinet space, power requirements, bandwidth and technical-service needs.
Most services can be ordered monthly without a long minimum commitment. Annual prepayment may provide a 25% discount, while some 12-month dedicated-server contracts offer discounts of approximately 20%.
Accepted payment methods include Pix, bank boleto, credit card through Stripe or PayPal, bank transfer and Bitcoin. International transfers can also be arranged through Wise for eligible customers.
There is no general unconditional money-back guarantee. VPS and cloud cancellations may receive a proportional adjustment for unused time, although a provisioning fee of R$9.90 can apply. Dedicated servers have an initial minimum period of 30 days and normally do not qualify for proportional refunds. Cancelling a discounted long-term agreement can result in the recalculation of previous discounts and may add a penalty equivalent to one monthly payment.
🏢 Data Center
QNAX infrastructure is concentrated in the Greater São Paulo region, with facilities in Barueri, Santana de Parnaíba and Osasco. The SP2 facility is located at Alameda Araguaia, 3641, Tamboré, Barueri. SP3 operates from Avenida Marcos Penteado de Ulhoa Rodrigues, 249, Santana de Parnaíba. SP4 is located at Avenida Ceci, 1900, Residencial Tamboré, Barueri, while AS3 operates from Avenida Roberto Pinto Sobrinho, 350, Vila Menck, Osasco.
These locations use Tier III and Tier IV infrastructure, redundant electrical systems, backup generators, redundant cooling and continuous environmental monitoring. Infrastructure partners include Equinix, Ascenty, Scala Data Centers (scaladatacenters.com) and Cirion Technologies (ciriontechnologies.com).
The network uses direct private interconnections, BGP4 routing and connections to IX.br. QNAX operates AS268581, with 100 Gbps connections at the São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro internet exchanges. UFINET Panama (ufinet.com) and Gamers Club (gamersclub.com.br) are also part of its upstream connectivity environment.
Cloud and colocation services benefit from redundant carrier access and connectivity to Brazilian, North American and European networks. This infrastructure is particularly well suited to applications whose users are mainly located in Brazil but still require dependable international reach.
Commercial server plans carry a 99.9% availability target. The general service contract defines 99.7% monthly availability for network and hardware, so customers relying on contractual service credits should use the 99.7% figure unless a separate SLA applies to their service.
Weekly backups are included with several cloud plans, although the infrastructure remains fundamentally self-managed. Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups unless they purchase a separate backup or managed-service option. Planned infrastructure maintenance normally takes place during low-traffic overnight periods.
✍️ Customer Support
Technical support operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a Brazilian network operations team available through the customer center, helpdesk tickets, online chat, telephone and WhatsApp.
Assistance is available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The team handles initial activation, network connectivity, hardware incidents, remote access and migration planning. Colocation customers can also request remote-hands assistance for physical equipment.
Server administration is not automatically included with standard infrastructure packages. Customers normally manage their own operating systems, applications, databases, security updates and software configuration. Managed assistance must be contracted separately when required.
Corporate and technical meetings can also be arranged at the operational office, which is useful for customers who prefer direct discussions before deploying a larger infrastructure project.
🔨 Control Panel
QNAX uses its own web-based infrastructure management environment rather than a conventional shared-hosting panel such as cPanel or Plesk.
VPS and cloud customers can monitor CPU, RAM, storage and network usage, with statistics refreshed at short intervals. The panel includes restart and power controls, IP information, uptime details, operating-system identification, anti-DDoS status, activity history and browser-based console access.
Depending on the product, customers can connect through SSH, VNC or RDP. Optional two-factor authentication adds account protection, while TLS encryption secures communication with the management interface.
Dedicated-server customers receive IPMI or iDRAC access for remote power control, hardware sensor information, temperature and fan monitoring and out-of-band console access. This remains especially useful when the operating system becomes inaccessible while the physical server is still online.
The control panel is designed primarily for infrastructure administration. Customers who need graphical website, mailbox or database management must install their preferred software or purchase an appropriate control-panel license separately.
🎯 Conclusion
QNAX is a strong option for customers who need Brazilian VPS, VMware cloud infrastructure, Windows servers, trading desktops, dedicated hardware or colocation close to São Paulo. Its main strengths include local low-latency connectivity, billing in Brazilian reais, Pix support, licensed Windows environments, high-capacity dedicated hardware and continuous access to a Brazilian NOC.The broad infrastructure range allows a small VPS deployment to grow into VMware cloud, dedicated hardware or a complete colocation environment without moving to an unrelated provider. IPMI access, BGP support, private networking, high-bandwidth ports and multiple São Paulo-area facilities also make the platform suitable for experienced administrators and corporate projects.
The self-managed service model requires customers to handle system administration, application maintenance and backup planning unless managed services are purchased separately. The difference between the 99.9% commercial availability target and the 99.7% contractual network and hardware SLA should also be considered carefully. Cancellation conditions for discounted contracts deserve attention before entering a longer billing commitment.
For developers, Brazilian companies, financial trading operations and technical teams that value local infrastructure and direct server control, QNAX provides a capable and unusually broad platform. Beginners who only need shared website hosting with a bundled website-management panel will generally find a traditional shared-hosting provider easier to operate.
