😠 CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA
Hace muchos años tenia el hosting con ellos, me cambie..., ayer contrate el traslado de un dominio y me APARECE una factura pendiente con ellos desde 2012, les digo que no voy a pagar por un servicio que no he utilizado y me dicen que debo darme de baja del sistema.
Los hosting se cobran primero y despues se usan, llegada la fecha de fin, EL SERVICIO SE SUSPENDE SI NO HAY RENOVACION DEL SERVICIO.
No tiene sentido darse de baja para que no te sigan cobrando, aún así, YO ME DI DE BAJA.
Les explico que es un error y que deben rectificar la factura y me dicen que NO y que tampoco me van a devolver el dinero de la tranferencia de dominio que pague ayer.
Me parece muy mal que traten así a sus clientes y que les ROBEN en su cara y se queden tan ANCHOS.

😠 Horrible People
I needed a .es and they had fair prices. (so con-men are demanding hundreds for a .es !).
So i started getting numerous emails a week from them. And not in English, as they originally agreed when taking my money.
They ignored my requests for them to stop (in english and spanish).
Suddenly my domains stopped working as some of the hundreds of emails were about renewal - THREE Months early !!!!
Then they wanted hundreds of euros to reactivate the domain, even though it had not yet expired.
Eventually got it sorted, but most of the people WE spoke to were unprofessional, rude, insulting, and simply horrible people.
I am looking for alternatives. As this lot are just nasty.

😠 I have been trying for a week now to enter my control panel with piensa solutions to change the dns settings.
The only answer they come up with is: use your login and password.
Very unprofessional, slow response and they think I'm a morron!
I would never recommend a hosting company which does not even show a telephone number for service. My mistake this time.
