😁 With our old provider, our site was crashing so often that we were losing business, which was costing us thousands of dollars in revenue. The only solution was to switch providers, which is when we found Performive. After switching to them, our site magically stopped crashing and our traffic actually went up. Basically, we have Performive to thank for saving our business.

😁 At first I was skeptical about signing up with Performive because I’d never heard of them before. The hosts I’d used before hadn’t done me any good, so I decided to give them a shot. That decision worked out in my favor. Haven’t had any problems. I’m one happy customer.

😁 Performive’s customer support is unmatched. Representatives respond to inquiries almost immediately, and they’re usually able to resolve problems in minutes. I have even reached out to them at odd hours of the night and they were still able and willing to assist me. I’d recommend Performive before any of the others, including the more “popular” companies.

😠 Performive has raised prices on customers multiple times since taking over from Total Server Solutions in 7/2020. I understand the Cpanel licensing upgrade but after all these years they decided to add a payment gateway charge on for all payment methods but cash. I highly do NOT recommend trusting this company.

I have had their service for over 10 years. After they changed their name to "Performative" their customer service went to squat. I cancelled my account and they started double billing me (was charged twice for the same invoice number - 2 weeks after I requested my account be cancelled). Still waiting for them to "approve" my cancellation - meanwhile they still have my credit card number on file and seem to be charging it at will. They say "don't worry, we will issue credit when cancellation is final". They also told me 6 hours ago they wouldn't charge my credit card anymore, and then double billed the invoice.

😁 I don't know who all the bad reviews have been dealing with - I find TSS (now Performive) fantastic - I have my own dedicated server package with over 100 websites spread over about 45 cPanel accounts - their WHM & cPanels work extremely well.
I am located in Australia so most of my support requests (which are frequent) usually hit them after hours - i always get a timely reply and most issues are resolved very quickly.
The techs are happy to fill you in on details of how they fixed issues so you often know what causes problems so you learn more about your set up.
I have used the company for over 15 years (it has been taken over several times & renamed) and always find them very reliable.
I am located in Australia so most of my support requests (which are frequent) usually hit them after hours - i always get a timely reply and most issues are resolved very quickly.

😠 I hosted with Total Server Solutions, which is now Performive, for about 2 years as a digital marketing agency. Their support is horrible, and almost impossible to get someone to work with you in a timely manner. After multiple technical issues that they could not resolve, I cancelled over a year ago, and transferred my accounts to a different host.
More than a year later, they are still sending me invoices. I have told them over and over that I have not had service with them in over a year, but they continue to try and charge my CC, which I had to change just so they wouldn't keep charging me. I receive 4-7 emails every day for over a year from them trying to charge me for an account that I don't have. My recommendation is to stay away from this company.

😠 I was never invoiced after they acquired Total Server Solutions. Instead they sent me an email the day my invoice was due saying that they didn't have my billing info on file. I attempted to cancel my service but it was expected that I would give a seven day notice before the due date of my invoice if I want to cancel.
Over the course of a month they refused to answer my phone calls and ignored my attempts to resolve the issue using their portal. I had three tickets open and they kept giving me the run around and wouldn't even cancel my service after I paid the bill. They insisted that there was a way to cancel using their service and there was not.

For one of our transactions, we needed a 96GB dedicated server to run some services on for a client. For the actual dedicated, we were not making significant amounts of profit.
So, after two months of negotiation and discussion of back-and-forth between the client and us, we ready to get started. We had negotiated, at long last, a large business deal, part of which was based on a 96GB dedicated server with many more to come in the future.
We purchased and paid for the server with WireSix and received their invoice.
Then, they sent us the following message:
"Please note that the pricing on our marketing team had incorrectly linked the pricing objects on our site for this server... At the pricing of this system currently it would be delivered with 32GB of ram."
Needless to say, we were quite distressed. We replied, pointing out that in their own Terms of Service, they are "obligated" to provide the service described on their website.
