😁 I colo through nextarray for some of my services and they have been a great company. Support has been good, and the network was recently upgraded. I have a 10Gbps line and while its shared has been very stable and I'm able to almost always use the full line speed from them.
I've not had to contact them very often but when I have they have responded quickly to my issues and even remote hands was quick when I had some issues with hardware.

😠 Abysmal. Paid over $100 for a server on 17th January. Despite being 48-72 hours delivery, there is no server and since requesting a refund. The company said they cannot find my payment, despite a paid invoice in the client area and email confirmations from the payment provider and their system.
It is a consistant battle to even be acknowledged and despite weeks of leniency regarding the refund, there is no sign of a refund and only unprofessional behaviour.
If i were you, avoid NextArray like the plague it is and find another provider.
