😠 Horrible service from Negox!.
Decent prices and a lot of features, but their service and support stinks. Luckily, I rarely needed it. There are about a million ISPs. I would go elsewhere.

😞 Negox.com refused to refund my paid balance when I closed my accounts. I hope that stealing my twenty bucks was worth it.
Uptime ok, but not stellar. Pretty good features, a little slow. Upgrading from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 required closing my old account, creating a new account and moving my sites over. Huge pain in the butt.
I know that ten bucks a month does not get you much, but Negox.com does not seem to even try.
