😠 This is the worst hosting I have ever had. I has a plan that included hosting for 5 sites. After an “upgrade” they lost all but the root account including the DBs associate with the account. On a service ticket I open I asked them to setup their stuff to point to my site I got replies back like you should back thing up. My question "How do you back up a DNS and MX record on a hosted site" I had the data, files and assets with the sites but no longer had any way of setup the DNS and MX records from their admin screens to point to more than on site.
The ticket was closed when I switch host with a "we don't host this account" . After they no longer hosted any of my sites the actually charged for the next quarter and refused to refund the money.
The plan I had was the developer plan for up to five sites

MySiteSpace Launches Referral Program - Budget Web hosting provider MySiteSpace (mysitespace.com) announced on Monday that it has launched new affiliate and reseller programs.
The affiliate program allows customers and non-customers to earn revenues by referring Web hosting clients to MySiteSpace. The program also has a second tier, with referring parties earning an additional 10 percent commission when hosting customers they have referred also refer customers of their own.

😠 Absolutely the worst service in the world. Wish I had read reviews on this company instead of listen to the advice of a friend who didn't know any better. If you go with this company, YOU'LL BE SORRY! Their service is TERRIBLE!
