😠 Был клиентом с июня 2019 года, выделенный сервер на i7 7700k, изначально обратился к ним из-за защиты от TCP атак (L4), уточнив у саппорта, что именно они защищают - они сообщили мне, что защищают (цитирую) - "Ваше приложение использует TCP протокол. А TCP протокол мы защищаем весь целиком бесплатно." (ссылка на ответ саппорта - https://www.myarena.ru/home.php?m=ticket&p=action&ticket_id=523168&msg=3464874)). В итоге - приобрёл сервер у них, перенёс своё приложения и начал выжидать.... В итоге в один прекрасный день - сервера упали, отписал им в саппорт, примерно через пару часов - вроде бы как атаку отфильтровали в ручную и сообщили, что якобы атака была чисто под моё приложение (експлоит) и сообщили, что защита для моего приложения будет написана ими инженерами в течении нескольких месяцев, думаю ладно, в целом пару часов даунтайма - не критично. Начал ждать .... Спустя 2 месяца ожидания решил спросить, как же успехи, на что уточнили некоторые моменты и пропали.
