😠 I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared.
I cancelled the auto-renewal for my domain girlbosscolorado.com, yet I was charged twice for a domain that should have been cancelled. I also paid $30 USD for my annual hosting — a legitimate payment for a service I wanted to keep active.
When I disputed the duplicate domain charge through PayPal (which PayPal ruled in my favor), the company retaliated by cancelling my hosting, even though that charge was never part of the dispute.
When I contacted support to have my hosting restored, this was the actual response I received from their general manager:
“You have opened PayPal dispute. This damages our reputation with PayPal.
You pay us $2/mo and we will not risk any hassle or risks associated with this service.”

😃 I’m halfway through my first year with KnownSRV and must admit that it’s an absolute beast. The server speed is tremendous and there have been very little to no downtime. The support is also astonishing. The tickets are usually responded instantly and I was able to migrate with them for absolutely free.

😁 I have used their VPS V4 plan for 18months now and have had no issues with downtime or performance other than one occasion where there was a DDOS attack. Their support is efficient and fast when needed.
I think their prices are fair for what you get and would recommend them to anyone looking for a European host.

😁 I have been using KnownSRV services for almost 3 years already and I have been from shared hosting to multiple dedicated servers.
They supported me during my growth and helped wherever they could. The network and hardware they use is top-notch, no much issues there.
The support is very friendly and knowledgable but could be a bit faster sometimes. I have never had to wait for critical tickets though. Those are always fast.
All in all it's best provider I have had so far and I will still rate them as 10.

This kruno just want your money.
Never buy KnownSrv services.
I bought the VPS-2 package for 30$, the site worked well and fast in the beginning but suddenly, randomly it became very very very slow (like 40 secs for loading the homepage).
I asked for help and the support was terrible, they also claim that the problem is with your system, and they suggest you to "Upgrade" you VPS.
When you upgrade your vps and pay them more $$$ guess what? you server is becoming slow again (randomly).
Never buy service from KnownSRV They are (Or maybe just Kruno a high school boy) bunch of lairs.
Be careful.

On my 4th month with a dedicated server with KnownSRV and have nothing but good words from the start. They moved my accounts over from my previous host and the server is fast no downtime and the support is excellent. If things stay this way I plan to be with them for a looong time. I had previously been with HG for years but due to problems after the takeover and so many outrages I had to move. And I made a good move!

This hosting company all that want is to get your money and that is it.

I have a mybb forum wit few members as is on beginning so the traffic is not high (except the 2-3 hour when i use jinglink)

So as normally was i submitted a ticket but the answer was absolutely astonishing
You must upgrade to a VPS this was all the words used in reply
But the resources i use according to cPanel is not getting even 10% so why should upgrade?
I removed cloudflare but surprise the site still get downtimes

So yeah, it's been more than year. I started with 0 visitors and shared hosting at KnownSRV, then moved to a VPS and after a year I ended up on a dedicated server due to massive growth of my site. KnownSRV staff are very helpful, servers and network are rapidly fast. I never had to look back - KnownSRV is the best company I have ever dealt with, Im looking forward to dealing with them for a lot of years to come.

😠 It's terrble shared hosting! My site has only 1 visitor but pages of my site generate more then 5-10 seconds! And support says every time than they have no troubles on their side! I think they are schoolchilds

at begin was good, but after problems, i had one other account while i was in holiday (didnt get internet those days) they destroyed everything without any backup, you could think if you have customer that pay every bill in time, suddenly in summertime is late few days, perhaps there is a reason for it, but no, no backups on their servers my 1 years work down the drain right there...my main website, started having everyday downtime and then suddenly 2 moves without asking from me if i want to move...suddenly this move, not very cool and downtime again 2-3 days and then i had enough and moved out to better hosting.

A few months after we upgraded the whole server to E3-1230, 16GB DDR3 RAM, 4x SAS 15k RPM drives in h/w RAID10(with BBU). It caused a few mintes of downtime which was announced at our client area. Our uptime still as over 99.9% that month just like we guarantee.

I didnt see a single downtime on my VPS. Its running lovely as always and I really like it. Its the best VPS I have ever had, i/o performances are unbeatable. Gotta love SAS 15k RPM drives :D

With me being fairly new to all this, i opened a support ticket & asked if they would help me with the move.
They were great, they answered all my questions fast & provided all the help i needed to move servers.
With my site being quite big & a lot of members online, i could see the site was faster than my previous host (Hostgator), but i wanted to upgrade two a VPS server. They built me a custom VPS server for a great price & took care of the whole setting up the server & site for me. All i had to do was add & update my nameservers...

🗨 Marko, My name is Robert and I work for KnownSRV. First off, there was a downtime due to the file system got corrupted and it took us a while to get KVM and sec HDD with clean CentOS setup to we can FSCK the old drive and retrieve the data. The datacenter had nobody on-site on weekends, when it happened so that's why it took us longed than expected. I'm not sure what you think by a "COPY OF CPANEL"? We are NOT using a NULLED cPanel and it can be verified easily(btw, does it even exist?) Did you mean at trial version? You know, it makes a BIG difference. I find it hard to believe as this comes from someone(marko@sfera-hosting.in -> http://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php) who uses a NULLED COPY of WHMcs to sell/give hosting account from his InfoIT.hr WHM reseller account. I would give you a refund but you were hosted with us free of charge so... Thanks Kind Regards

😁 I would like to recommend KnownSRV.com Hosting Solutions to everyone. I have never seen a faster hosting, they helped me setting my site up, importing backups and everything.
I know their prices are not the cheapest but I like the service that comes with prices. Hell, I will pay a buck more rather than getting random issue and downtime once in a while.
I must mention my site used to get hacked a lot but since I moved to KnownSRV it stopped. It seems their custom firewalls stopped the attacks. It makes me very happy.
