knownsrv.com bad hosting
Hello members i want share with you my experience with Knownsrv.com
This hosting company all that want is to get your money and that is it.
Ok let me relate you what is happened
I have a mybb forum wit few members as is on beginning so the traffic is not high (except the 2-3 hour when i use jinglink)
The issues are not related with the jinglink as the issues happen when i don't use this
In the first days all was great then i noticed so many 522 from cloudflare .The site get down for 1-2 minutes then come back and from then every 1-2 hours the story repeat
So as normally was i submitted a ticket but the answer was absolutely astonishing
You must upgrade to a VPS this was all the words used in reply
But the resources i use according to cPanel is not getting even 10% so why should upgrade?
I removed cloudflare but surprise the site still get downtimes
I canceled my service an requested for refund but surprise again as is pasted more than 7 days they will not refound the money from Wallet or the one i paid for service i think is paste 10 days
How that sound to you i think is a bad service from https://knownsrv.com/
