😠 Use To Be Good. Not Anymore.
We have been using Islandhosting for our website for over 10 years with close to 400 users and up until a week ago I would have rated them at a 7. However, a week ago it became necessary to open a support ticket. We have not had ANY response in any form regarding the issue. The support they usually offer is only available Mon-Fri during normal office hours.
