😁 INAP has been a great experience for me. I am thinking the poor reviews on here were written by INAP competition. Their DPC has great features and a lot of granular control that you cant get with AWS or G - cloud. They are excellent for hosting my applications, I havent had any problems with them yet.

😠 1. INAP has over billed me and so far has not refunded me for the over despite a promise yesterday (10/27/2020) to refund the amount which was overbilled.
2. On three occasions, one of my sites www.cross-comp.com has been down.
3. When I complained about the over-billing, two women who said they were working from home in Atlanta hung up on me.
I had *great service* from Server Intellect for many years. I think Server Intellect was in Florida (Orlando?), but INAP is in Atlanta who purchased them is in Atlanta.
I would like to ask anyone reading this who knows what's going on to please send me an email. I am James ("Jim") Collieer at j.collier@cross-comp.com, an email address I have had for many years. I'm in Anaheim, CA.

😠 INAP acquired ServerIntellect and my service went from top notch to absolute garbage. I've been with them for I don't know how long, but am now migrating away as I write this.

😠 Singlehop used to be a best company until they were acquired by inap. I have been sending them tickets for ages and got no reply. They seem to have a chatbox on their website but that's bot with some stupid predefined questions. After 10+ tries, I got connected to a person on live chat. I told him that I'll be cancelling server for such support and he replied -> "That's a nice idea". Like wowwww, how can they talk to someone like this who is hosting servers with them for more than 8 years lol. Anyhow I advise you all to stay away if you love you clients!
