I first came across hosthero.com a few months ago after deciding to leave my old web host due to me not being satisfied with the service I was being provided with.

😠 Host Hero & Host Upon - Poor Sales Support
I am not sure what's going on with Host Hero and their affiliate Host Upon but I tried to gather information on services through the HostHero site and could not get through on the telephone number last night. I was basically put on hold and then told to leave a message. I tried a few hours later and the same thing. So I tried their chat option, then much to my surprise received a response from HostUpon who could not clarify my request for affilate relations by providing me a link from either of their websites - but instead was prompted to make a sales decision. I tried calling again today and noticed that their 1-888-973-4376 number asks me to call 101457887, must be over 18 and pay 3.99 p/minute. I picked up their web info from another review site and was seriously considering obtaining service. Not so much now!
