😁 HostBaby is great! I have built and hosted one of my websites with them. Everything is going smooth, no complaints yet. HostBaby is now surely added to my best hosting providers list with existing A2 hosting, Domain Racer, and Big Rock. Keep it on.

😠 Please do not host with this company if you want a real web host or tech support, this might work if you have a garage band and don't depend on a web presence. There are a lot of other companies that allow you more access and control over your site and the server for the same cost or less. I have never heard of a hosting company that only works 9-5 with NO, I said NO TECH SUPPORT at night or weekends! If you don't mind your site being down at least 16 hours over night or maybe all weekend hostbaby.com is for you.

😠 Go else where - waste of time
No luck in setting up an account - and to be honest - its no where NEAR as easy as setting one up with WIX. Sad because I wanted to utilze CD Bbaby as well for Vinyl Releases. But if its this difficult to contact ANYONE there on a weekend (yes no contact) then I need to work elsewhere.

Great Host. Super friendly service. Great for musicians. One of the last hosts with a phone number you can always call. Their Wizard is so easy a 'baby' could use it.
They have lots of cool templates and they'll help you tweak and customize them to your heart's content. They also support Wordpress, Joomla and other software. Their Listbaby service is awesome for sending out mass emails--way less expensive than Constant Contact. Go HostBaby!.

😠 Can't even set up web site
Tried to sign up and set up a band website, but the sign up process doesn't work. The second page of the sign up process asks for your registered domain, I enter it, but I constantly get an error message saying that domain is taken. Duh, I own it. No help from customer support. So, save your money and time and go to another web hosting service that actually lets you sign up and create a website. Very disappointed!!!

Your tech support staff (3 different men) were impatient, rude, and condescending as I explained what I was attempting to do. Instead of offering a simple bit of information, they suggested I 1) use a newer web authoring program - I use CS5 DW for Mac
2) turn over the job to a developer - a layperson should be able to upload a site without such difficulty
My customer chose you. I wouldn't ever recommend you to any musicians I design for.

The interface is ridiculously easy to use even if you don't know a lick of HTML or CSS -but you can add customized programming if you like. The features have gotten better and better over the years. Just when I am starting to think "I really wish they would add this feature" it seems they do it.
Although they offer a number of pre-fab templates and designs (which I used for quite awhile) it is also completely customizable for advanced users. I use the "Wizard" with one of the most basic templates, but have been able to tweak it so that our site does not look "canned".

😁 I needed a site and was going to pay someone to build one from scratch. I figured I'd try HostBaby since there was a free trial period, and their templates are easy, their ListBaby program works like a charm for maintaining an email list, and their support is always timely and helpful.

😁 I had initially contacted a local web designer for my site, but found the cost was just too great to get the features I wanted. Disappointed, I thought I'd look into Host Baby as a fall back, stop-gap option. What I found was a flexible site Wizard that I was able to use to get up and running within a day of my decision--A site that looks good, that I control, and has the features I wanted initially.
I have also recieved outstanding customer support from the Host Baby staff. I run as far as I can with the Wizard and when I get stymied, I email support staff and find the issue resolved very quickly (same day!).
I am confident that I made the right call with my internet pressence--I have control, support, and professional look at a fraction of the cost I had anticipated.

😁 Wow! Hostbaby offers more for the money than anyone could ever hope for. The wizard is easy to use and gives you an amazing amount of control over site. More advanced site changes can be made by simply e-mailing the customer service department and, viola! It's done....no extra charge!
Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days in brick and mortar companies but especially so in e-commerce. Hostbaby delivers more than you could hope for; responding within 24 hours and taking the time to learn who you are and exactly what you are trying to do. By far the best experience i've had with a webhost. Cheers.

😠 Horrible support. My website looks terrible. They claimed to be able to modify their proprietary CSS code and took them forever to complete and it still looks like garbage
🗨 This issue has been resolved. Larry was unable to remove the bad review so he posted a positive one instead. HostBaby's Support is open 7 days a week by phone and email and we always respond within 24hours.
CSS requests and design tweeks can take up to 2 weeks to complete, as this sort of work is above and beyond our normal responsibilities.
