😠 I have undergone ,and continue to undergo really terrible service form Easy on Net ("EON"]). For some time now, I cannot send emails! Help sought led to a "solution" that has not worked to allow me to send emails again. EON help line seems endlessly tied up.

😁 I am writing to commend the work of Mr. Tyler Lasko, EasyOnNet, in the highest terms. He "walked me through" (i) a manual reset of my digital/computer software - in order to expedite "sending/receiving" messages; and, (ii) establishing a Password for my Rogers account. to allow me access to my own account.
Previously, I was "missing" communication due to faulty setup of "sending/receiving" setups (and not informed of the problem); and Rogers staff were unable to assist -- after two days of efforts -- to allow me to set up a working Password..
Mr. Lasko calmly, clearly and efficiently resolved these issues through a "step-by-step" process. This was no mean feat, and is much appreciated by a "challenged" computer user......

😠 RUN AWAY!
Awful. My site was running fine until EasyOnNet acquired MetiSentry. Then performance became horrible and support was days between responses, and didn't resolve the issue.
